You may return items under the following conditions:
- If you receive faulty, damaged, or incorrect products.
- Please note that returns for change of mind are not accepted, so choose carefully.
Once we receive the returned parcel, we will either refund the product cost or send a replacement based on the issue. However, the following conditions are not eligible for refunds or returns:
- If the products have been opened or the customer has tried and disliked the products.
- If the customer changes their mind or made a mistake in their order.
If a refund or exchange is agreed upon, it will be processed only after we receive the original items back.
