We use NZ Post to ship all orders within New Zealand. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your package at https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking. We strive to ship all items within 3 working days, although rural deliveries may take longer.

Shipping Rates:

Please note that the shipping fee through NZ Post will be the customer’s responsibility, so kindly understand and acknowledge this. The shipping fee varies depending on the delivery address and weight, but it is generally around/within $20 to $30 for 1 Kalimba. Once we receive your order, we will confirm the shipping fee based on the delivery address provided and inform you accordingly. Please refer to the following rates (Estimate Only)
